Štúdio v projekte Al Jurf Gardens, Ghadeer Al tair

Al Jurf Gardens is a collection of premium class villas from IMKAN Properties, located on the coast of Sahel Al Emarat, which is often called the "Riviera of the Emirates". The residential complex is located on the territory that was created for the life and recreation of the royal family. Not far from Al Jurf Gardens was the summer residence of the founder of the UAE, where 40 years ago hundreds of thousands of trees were planted, which have now turned into a huge forest.

The construction of the project is carried out within several phases. Plots for the construction of residential buildings and villas with 2-5 bedrooms are available for sale. In the first cluster, two types of villas are available for purchase: Rihal and Raway. Their area starts from 303 sq. m. In the second phase, two types of ready-made premium villas with plots in the forest are available: Joud and Budoor with 2-5 bedrooms and an area of 430 sq. m. The cluster is planned to be completed at the end of 2024.

The Budoor Villas are decorated in a modern architectural style, while the Joud Villas are decorated in traditional Arabic. The interior is finished using porcelain tiles, oak veneer and natural stone. The spacious areas around the residence have a private garden, private pools, barbecue area, covered parking and a children's play area. You can plant mature trees from the unique Sheikh forest on your site.
