Štúdio v projekte Bloom Living Seville, Zayed City

Bloom Living Seville is a premium project in Zayed City which is part of the Mediterranean-style mega-community Bloom Living. Bloom Properties plans to complete construction in the first quarter of 2027.

The design of Bloom Living Seville was inspired by the sunny Spanish city of Seville. There are 410 residences in the project, 2-3 bedroom townhouses and 3-6 bedroom villas with. Their total area varies from 1,302 sq. ft to 5,500 sq. ft. The interiors of the villas and townhouses reflect the Mediterranean aesthetic. The decoration is made of natural marble and light wood, and the colour palette is dominated by pastel shades with bright accents.

Inside each residence there is a semi-open kitchen with branded appliances, a maid's room with a separate bathroom, and spacious dressing rooms and wardrobes in the bedrooms. The villas are complemented by a driver's room. There is a picturesque garden and a 2-3 car garage right on the property.

Future residents of Bloom Living Seville will be able to enjoy the services and amenities offered in their community and in the Bloom Living mega-community. They will have at their disposal a swimming pool with lounge areas, a fitness centre with a sauna, children's playgrounds, F&B facilities, parks for walking, a lagoon with a sandy beach, tennis courts, and jogging and cycling paths.
